About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a better work-life balance while continuing to deliver high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear and professional advice to clients throughout the process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records

About You

• Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner
• Proven experience handling your own conveyancing caseload
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
